Vaayu (Air) is the element that is capable of taking away the toxins, brings rain and causes the change of weather. The Air element is present in the form of wind, atmospheric pressure and oxygen. This element is also responsible for the breathing processes of all living beings. In the past few years, there have been many Air pollution saving initiatives. Government and organisations even today are adopting ways to reduce the effects of air pollution by opting sustainable solutions. However, Now it is vital to make some more additions to these practices. We have been making a positive impact to improve air quality on a mass scale. What will make this process of Healing through this element quicker is to take actions on an individual level. We have to opt ways to heal Vaayu by adding some miniscule changes to our lifestyle. At Medieor, we aim to listen to the communities, motivate them and propagate Doable ideas upon which people take actions to save the air element.
