3. Project Management and Learning: Establish and maintain a Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Steering Committee, Technical Committee, and Monitoring and Evaluation Cell. Provide training to ICAR and AUs on improving educational quality, relevance, and effectiveness. Finance dissemination and communication efforts to share project outcomes and best practices.
Through these components, the project seeks to elevate the standards of agricultural higher education in India, equip AUs with modern infrastructure and capabilities, and enhance ICAR’s leadership in guiding and managing agricultural education reforms nationwide.

4. Project Management: Manage project coordination and activities at the state and district levels, including planning, financial management, procurement, human resources, monitoring and evaluation, communication, citizen engagement, and grievance redress mechanisms.
5. Contingent Emergency Response: Provide funding for eligible expenditures in case of crises or emergencies, such as natural disasters or severe economic shocks.
